Emails

Much of White Mouse's everyday writing comes in the form of emails, as information between members is transferred through email, (including rehearsal reports, which you can learn more about on a separate page), as well as these two artifacts that showcase emails reaching out to people outside of the organization.

This artifact is an email asking for availability to visit a local prop shop. This specific example is from the Spring semester of 2023, but White Mouse has to send emails like this for most of their shows to obtain the necessary props for a performance. There is also another document attached so that the people working the prop shop have a good idea of what White Mouse is looking for and can help the process of finding the proper props run smoothly.

This artifact is an email reaching out to another organization about potentially collaborating on an upcoming event - specifically this email is from the Fall 2023 semester, reaching out to CHAW to potentially collab on a Mental Health play/film festival. This is another example of a type of email that White Mouse regularly sends, as they often collaborate with other organizations for shows to help bring awareness to other members of the community who might be related to the given topic of a show.
