Linguistic Text

Today I bought Fresh Kitchen (finally splurged to try their cookies) and drove out to DI to watch the water as I ate. For someone who just yesterday was whining about how they don't remember how to function alone anymore, I feel very content. It's kind of nice just being alone, not feeling judged, doing my own thing. And the end of DI is just so peaceful and makes me feel really at home every time. So many good memories here. Luckily it's pretty empty so I was able to get a whole picnic bench to myself, my food, and catcher in the rye. Right I've got a really good, peaceful feeling that I wish I could hold onto forever. I think learning how to do things alone is really important, and especially for me. I think being able to get in touch with that part of myself is essential in achieving true happiness. Sometimes I get so stagnant in just accepting the outer joys in life and forget to look deeper inside. (Also the cookies from FK are super good. So that's a win)
