This is a photo of Cea Moline, an activist in Tallahassee, a member of the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), and a student of Florida State University. She says this is a jacket that she wears to all protests, to say that these things that are happening are making her nervous. This is a reference to the anxiety that many people get about what will happen in this situations that protests are centered around. She said she made this the day after the inauguration, as a response to the situation altogether. Many empathize with this statement. 

This is meant to be humorous, while referring to Trump's idea to build a wall on the southern border of the US. The wall would supposedly keep out unwanted peoples. This sign is saying that building a wall around him would also keep out something unwanted.
