This image currently hangs in the Department of Education at a cubicle as a decoration. It was created by Joe Cirio while he was bored at work and wanted to try out how to add words on ribbon. He decided to make it also themed with George Costanza from Seinfeld. The artifact uses a post it note and felt point pen.
