Description

This is a chair that was located in one of the practice rooms in Montgomery Hall, the school of dance at Florida State University.
The submitter provided the following about the artifact's history: I saw several chairs during the different days I was in the building, each of them having a different class on them (i.e. Class of 2009, Class of 2004). I thought it was cute how each graduate of that year wrote their name on the chair that was still in use/ display at the college.

Visual Text

The chair is painted several different colors and has multiple differing designs: flowers, lines, patterns, polka dots. Each person has signed their name in a different way and some have even left one-liners. Some of the names are obscured to maintain privacy, but other names are also not shown in the photo (the back of the chair and the chair seat).
