Insane Worker Conditions [Disgaea 2]
Dublin Core
Subject
Description
Character dialogue of a former boss who has overworked their subordinates to the point of near comical but incredibly malevolent and abusive conditions that led to revolt within the context of the game when said boss lost their ability to preside over their overworked workers. Via a botched summoning and an attempt to fool the main characters, this over-powered character loses their ability to fight, and their status, as a form of karma for her deception. The boss who was de-powered, in this scenario, is at the mercy of her former employees, and because of her powerlessness and her lack of a convoy, is forced to follow the protagonist around. In the context of the scene from the game, she is depicted as unaware of how her abusive tendencies and regulations have led to the hatred of her former underlings. This scene and the harm she caused to her former subordinates, is played for humor.
