Chocolate Eclairs
1 cup boiling H2O
1/2 cup margarine <underlined> or <underlined> butter
<underlined> bring to a boil <underlined>

1 cup flour <underlined> stir <underlined>
When mixed, tale off stove;
<underlined> add <underlined> 4 eggs, beat in 1 at a time

<Second card:>
butter pan (cookie sheet), put on
cookie sheet like sausages
<underlined> Cook <underlined> 30-25 minutes.
<underlined> Pudding for filling <underlined> -
make pudding
add little extra milk
add a little sugar + vanilla
<underlined> let cool <underlined>.

<Third card:>
Chocolate Eclairs - Frosting
7 heaping tsp. icing sugar
1 heaping tsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. crisco.
Add a little salt and vanilla
Add a little boiling H2O + mix

Should be thinner than ordinary frosting
