2 lbs large raw shrimp in shells
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 Tablespoon of parsley flakes or 2 T. minced fresh parsley
3/4 teaspoon of dried basil
1/2 " " " oregano
1/2 " " salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails
[underlined] attached [underlined]. Butterfly The shrimp by
cutting down the inside lengthwise,

taking care not To cut thrw the shrimp.
Spread open, and arrange in a
gallon pan with Tails pointing upward.
[..] butter, oil, seasonings and lemon juice
[..d] pour over shrimp. Bake for 5
minutes at 450° F., then broil another 5
minutes, until shrimp becomes flecked
[..h] brown. Spoon a little of the pan
