How about testing some affordable coolers under $100? A lot of us use a cooler only for home BBQ's and don't need extreme durability or days worth of freezing. I just picked up a basic 50 qt cooler at Walmart for just $16.88!

Hi [blacked out] our best cooler is under $100 and has wheels!

There are tons of rotomolded coolers out there these days. Of course the Yeti won in your test, it was the only rotomolded cooler. You were comparing apples to rotten oranges. A better test would have been to test Yeti against other rotomolded coolers, notably Rtic, K2, Orca, Cabelas and Cordova. Throw in some top of the line blow molded coolers like the igloo BMX series and you will have a more useful test.

This is an excellent point. Some of the "high end" rotomolded coolers are half the cost of the Yetti. Please give us a meaningful test on this category of coolers.

Thanks for the tip, [blacked out] our goal for this testing was to see how high-end coolers stack up to cheaper, more traditional options. Maybe in the future we'll look specifically at rotomolded options!
