Service

A lot of the work done by Greek organizations is in regard to their local or national philanthropies. They do service projects for hospitals, children's centers, and a variety of other organizations that serve people in need. What's great about service is that organizations aren't just expected to raise money or host an event, but they can volunteer or support in other ways.

On February 15, 2023, the Gamma Epsilon chapter of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. hosted a mini-event where people can write letters to immigrants for Valentine's day. People from different organizations contributed (slides 1, 2, and 3) and sent caring letters to uplift those who would read them.

Educating is also a great form of service that Greeks go for. It's a great way to spread information and show support for organizations. In this artifact (slide 4) notice how the organization grabs the reader's attention with a short title, captivating colors, and a font. It's encouraging and easy to learn some facts.
