This waffle recipe was originally copied from a cookbook and has been edited by Lisa Turner over the past two decades. The rips of the page and stains have made some of the cursive fade. This recipe is a family favorite, made often on the weekends and requested by extended family when they visit the Turner's in Florida. This recipe has copied and circulated to her four children. She has been making these waffles with the same waffle iron since the late 1990's.
