Chocolate Eclairs
This artifact is written by Lisa Turner. It was copied from an older copy of the recipe written by her grandmother Catherine Pelzer, who received this recipe from her own mother Agatha Paquette. This recipe has been edited, as can be seen in the third image that has math notes written out. Lisa used to help make these eclairs with her grandma Pelzer when she was growing up, and Lisa now shares these desserts with her own children.
