In order to write my caption, I needed my iPhone and a picture of the official Florida State University admission page as proof of my acceptance.
I was very excited and proud to find out I have been admitted to Florida State University, and my Instagram caption showed that. I remember that I was very nervous about finding out my admission decision and I could not even focus on my dual enrollment class! The admission website crashed and I could not access it on my phone and computer and I was so anxious. After about a couple hours of waiting, I messaged the Admission Office on Twitter and that was when I found out my acceptance! I felt that posting a picture on Instagram and using the hashtag #NowaNole would properly convey my significant milestone to my followers, friends, and family."
