"Strike Out Arthritis" is painted in red and looks like a script typeface. The other letters are painted in black to look like a san-serif typeface. A thick stripe is painted in red that runs from the "s" of Arthritis to under the "k" of Strike. A thin black is painted just above the red stripe with "Alpha Omicron Pi" in the middle of the black line. A black rose is painted in the left end of the red stripe. A black baseball is painted next to the "s" of Arthritis. The laces are painted on an angle so the bottom laces are positioned more to the left than the top laces.
