This artifact is an unknown author's note to Leanne Grahn after witnessing Leanne's car get hit. It is handwritten written neatly on a page torn from a notebook.

The submitter provided the following about the artifact’s history: This was a letter left on my car in November after someone hit it in a parking lot on campus. the letter was written anonymously and left on my windshield. the person leaving the note wanted to ensure that i could take action if necessary to fix my car. the letter is made out of notebook paper and a blue ink pen.
