Thoughts
For the longest time i've felt like a slave to my vape. I've only vaped since beginning of 2021 but ever since I started it's like I can't go without it. I'm tired all the time and lack energy but crave the feeling of the buzz. There's times where my chest will hurt or I'll know I hit it way too much so i'll stop and just pick it back up the next day. There's no positives to vaping besides the fact it makes you feel good for a little bit. What are negatives that made you decide enough was enough? I need to genuinely convince myself enough is enough

i became fed up with the fact that my vape had more control over my life than i did! and it sounds like you are feeling the same. it's been helpful for me to find oral things to replace vaping (mint gum, ginger candies). i also had to learn that there's no good time to quit and it will suck no matter when i do it. i thought about why i wanted to be nic free and why i owed it to myself. also, i realized there's no shame in replacements like gum or patch. good luck we're rooting for you x
