1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 sm. minced onion
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
salt + pepper.
mix + form into sm. balls, bake on cookie

sheet at 350° for 15 min.
<underlined> SAUCE <underlined> - 3T chopped onion, 1 lrg can mushrooms, 1 can beef consomme, 3T
shortening, 3T flour, 1T A1 sauce,
parsley, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/4 c.
sherry wine. Saute onion in shortening
flour, consomme, mushrooms +
remaining ingredients, add meatballs
