The major piece has been painted on a cement brick wall. It has a rectangular blue background behind the large letters, which are difficult to discern. The blue in the background seems vertically striped, a lighter blue, then dark, then greenish blue, then light, then dark again. The background is decorated with blue spray painted stars, some a darker blue, and some a light aqua color. The letters have soft edges and their fill color is black, with a white shadow and a light orange outline. There are many arrows in the design, two pointing down and one pointing up. It looks like part of the letters are square tipped arrows with two circles stacked on top of each other, with the outline/shadow color as white, an inner circle of orange, and a small circle in the center in blue.
This major piece has been painted over a piece that is now illegible. The letters have an orange fill, with a dark green outline and smudged, globby looking background, with an outline of a teal blue.
There is also a conversation bubble in white, with a blue piece of pizza inside.
On top of the major piece slightly, there is a simple yellow spray painted tag with no fill.
