This artifact appears to be hung on a wall. The artifact is made of black construction paper and has gold hand writing on it. The message on this artifact suggests that there were once other artifacts on the wall below it but were not present when the photo of the artifact was taken.
I walked past this artifact on the first floor of Dorman hall. The message on this artifact suggests that this artifact is the header of information about safe transportation options. At one time, there were more artifacts under this one with examples of safe transportation methods. Unfortunately, someone must have taken these other artifacts down before I took a picture of this artifact.
