Page 1:
The background of this page is green-yellow. There is one large image in the center of the page; this image is of an orange tabby kitten sleeping in a cat bed. Behind the image is a frame of orange card stock. Behind that is a frame of blue paper with multicolored vertical lines. "Charlie" is written in cursive at the top left of the image.. The line of "e" continue as an outline of the image on the top and right sides. In the left bottom corner of the page is the silhouette of a cat changing a ball. The cat is running toward the right side of the page. In between the cat and the ball are two line simulating the movement of the ball.
Page 2:
This page is set up in a variety of windows. Windows that do not have images have a blue background. The lines that create the windows are red.
Moving from the top left to the top right: There is an image of Elli and Charlie on opposite sides of panes of glass. Underneath this picture is the word "GETTING" written in black. The window next to the image and the word shows a red silhouette of a cat on its hind legs reaching its paw up on the left side of the window. Next to this is an image of Elli looking at Charlie laying in a cat bed.
Moving from the middle left to the middle right: There is an image of Charlie laying on a black box. He has his paw hanging off the right side of box. Elli sits on the ground looking at Charlie. Next to the top right of the image is the word "TO" written in black. Under the word is a window that shows a red silhouette of a cat sitting on the bottom of the window; its tail hangs off of the window onto the line separating the windows. To the right of the window with "TO" is a blank window. Next to the blank window is a window with the word "KNOW" in black. Under the blank window and the word "KNOW" is an image of Elli and Charlie laying on the ground looking at the camera.
Moving from the bottom left to the bottom right: There is an image of the two cats sleeping on the couch. Charlie is on the seat of the couch on top of a yellow blanket. Elli lays on the back of the couch. To the top right of the image is a window with the word "YOU" written in black. Under this word is a window with a red silhouette of a cat running to the right side of page.
Page 3:
The background of the page is white. Covering all but about a half inch of the white is brown paper. Covering all but about a half inch of the brown paper is another piece of paper cut with rounded corners. The top 3/4 of the paper is red. A brown thick line is under the red; on this line are seven blue paw prints. A line white line is under the brown. The rest of piece of paper is green.
On the red part of the paper are three images. The top left image shows Madison holding Elli and Charlie against his face. Elli has her back to the camera while Charlie is facing the camera. The image below that is of Madison holding Charlie inside a sock. The image to the right of the other images is of Madison holding Elli in his bathrobe. Above this image is the word "LOVE" typed in varying colors; the L is purple, the O is blue, the V is green and the E is orange. Around the word is a frame made of brown paper. All of the images have a white frame around them.
Page 4:
The background of the page is red. In the top right corner are two branches in brown and four flowers in blue, orange, white and yellow. The bottom left corner has several larger branches and four more flowers.
In the middle of the page, there are three pieces of paper: green-yellow piece of paper that is about an inch thick, white paper with a variety of vertical colored lines, and a large piece of blue paper between the two other lines. On top of these pieces of paper are five photographs.
At the top left is an image of Elli and Charlie sleeping on the couch. The image shows primarily their heads. The image on the bottom left is an image of Charlie wrapped in a yellow blanket on the couch. There are three photographs on the right. The top is of Megan sleeping on the couch, covered in a yellow blanket, with Charlie sleeping on her stomach. The middle photograph is of Madison laying on the couch with Charlie on his chest. The bottom photograph is of Elli laying on the yellow blanket on the couch.
