To Whom Ever This May Concern
Many times I say to my self “why has fate been so cruel to me? Why can’t I be like the other girls with their dates and parties and love affairs?” I say “It’s just not fair?” Then I stop and think. Ever since I can remember, it seemed that I was Different from the other kids in several ways. I guess you may have notice that I limp then I walk. That’s because I was born with stiff ligments in my Right foot and my right hand. In this way, I can’t handle myself as a girl should. My parents & sisters are Always getting on to me and making fun of me.
I wore a brace to support my foot until I started school. I was left with a slight limp….not serious, but just enough to make me the subject of the others. Of course, I tryed my best in doing what ever the other kids would do.
In high school romance was completely out the question what fellow would bother looking at a girl who limps.
I’m always having self pity for myself. Then I always say to myself, “How do you ever expect to meet any fellow if you don’t spend some time in their company to start with?” That’s the only way I’m going to break out of this shell I’ve built around myself.
Someone once wrote a poem…”the sun’s gone dim and the moon’s tones of black…I loved him and he didn’t love back.
Good Bye,
Now my tears fall now that you’ve gone. I can’t help but cry, but you’ll have to go some time
Cry a little while
I’ll miss you, and wish you luck as you step out into the world.
Well, what ever you need to know that there is someone who cares.
Now when you leave, I’ll just smile, what’s the use of crying.

Description
An account of the resource
This artifact is Ellen Cecil-Lemkin's Instagram post of a puppy is sleeping in a mountain of animal toys.
The submitter provided the following information about the artifacts history: To give back to the Tallahassee community, I like to foster animals for the Tallahassee Animal Services Shelter. At times, they get animals that are too young for adoption and they reach out to their community of foster parents to take care of them. They had a litter of 12 puppies born to an abandoned female dog and once the puppies were old enough to be weaned, they placed pairs of puppies into homes. I took home two puppies a male, Tucker, and a female (featured here), Rose. In this particular photo, Rose is exhausted from running around with her sibling and is taking a nap with her toys. I thought this photo was absolutely adorable and I wanted to share her cuteness with my friends.
Instagram is a great place for me to post massive amounts of cute animal photos, so I typically use this space as a place to post all of my fosters and pets.

#metoo
As a male I was socialized early on that participating in very inappropriate behavior was not only acceptable, but encouraged by my peers and adult figures in my life. You're expected to perpetrate vile behavior which expected of you as a right of passage. My momma taught me always to respect women, but societal and peer pressure eroded that away. We were never taught anything about consent or any appropriate behavior for intimate escalation, or any dynamics about intimacy, or even what SA constitutes. I've definitely made mistakes, and perpetrated these things, and I dont absolve myself from any sort of guilt. It goes to show that education is far more effective than moralizing. Ignorance doesn't absolve you of guilt. I'm also under the impression that most, if not all people who were socialized as men have done the same things experiences.

The picture is of a garden that was made of cement blocks and plants. She alligned the blocks so they would rest upon each other, stacked up high. She filled in the gaps of the blocks with an array of plants and rested 3 mini Buddhas on and around the arrangement.
